What is LADDER?

LADDER is an alternative provision working with a range of learners from a variety of schools, academies and partnerships in and around Leicester and Leicestershire.

Specialising in Functional Skills and Employability, we deliver high-quality alternative curriculum sessions through informal teaching. Fuelled by our passion for youth work and educating young people, we achieve exceptional outcomes.

LADDER also provides a young person-centred approach, offering career support and helping learners prepare for their post-16 and employment applications.

Here at LADDER, we focus on creating a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment through the delivery of creative and engaging sessions which provide young people with opportunities to develop life skills and self-confidence.
