LADDER has been working alongside Axlr8 since 2017. Our provision manager was once an employee who was given an amazing opportunity at the age of 18!
She stepped into the world of alternative provision and has never looked back. In 2024 we relocated to our new premises to allow us to expand and open the door to more young people.
We are forever grateful for all the support and guidance LADDER has received from the team at AXLR8!
